Meet Nancy O'Hearn, Client Engagement Manager

What brought you to AG Mednet?

I was introduced to the AG Mednet team during my previous employment, where I collaborated with them to support business development initiatives. This experience gave me valuable insights into the clinical development industry and gave me the opportunity to support the individuals focused on developing innovative new therapies for patients, faster. When the opportunity arose for me to join the company's commercial team internally after a year of collaboration, it was a no-brainer for me.

What do you like most about the company and your job?

What I value most about AG Mednet is the willingness of my colleagues and team to come together and leverage their expertise for any project or shared objective. Regardless of their job title or role within the organization, everyone is consistently open to extending a helping hand and providing fresh perspectives.

What’s on your headphones now—what music is on your playlist?

I recently went to a Tash Sultana concert and have been playing her songs on repeat to relive the experience for as long as possible.

Any career advice for people starting in this industry?

Remain open and curious to every new opportunity that presents itself. The eClinical industry is a fascinating and fulfilling industry to be a part of, yet it's important to remain willing to learn and absorb new information as you navigate it. Don't be afraid to seek support internally and externally whether it's gaining knowledge from a colleague or an article. Leveraging your resources is key to growing within your role.
